What Shikhar Signals is

  • Shikhar Signals (shikharsignals.com and the Shikhar Signals Android app) is a free research and education tool for the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE): prices, charts, automated technical signals, portfolio and tax calculators, and related tools.
  • By using the site or the app you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

Not investment advice

  • Signals, scores, forecasts, buy zones, the Fear & Greed Index, the track record and every other view are automated analysis for education. They are not investment advice, not a recommendation to buy or sell any security, and not an offer of any financial service.
  • Shikhar Signals is not a broker, an investment adviser or a portfolio manager. You decide and act on your own, at your own risk. Consult a licensed adviser if you need advice.
  • Past results, real or replayed in a backtest, do not predict future returns. Prices can fall as well as rise.

Data

  • Market data comes from nepalstock.com and other public sources (such as Nepal Rastra Bank's exchange rates). It can be delayed, incomplete or wrong; always confirm prices in your broker's TMS before trading.
  • Promoter share lock-in dates marked "estimated" are calculated with the usual three-year rule and may differ from a company's actual lock-in. Fee, tax and FD comparisons are estimates; your broker's bill, CDSC statement and bank are final.
  • The service is provided "as is", without any warranty. We may change, pause or stop any part of it at any time.

Your account and data

  • Signing in with Google is optional. Keep your Google account secure: anyone who can sign in to it can see your synced data here.
  • You can export, delete or stop syncing your data at any time (Settings and Account). How we handle personal data is described on the Privacy page.

Fair use

  • Use the site and app for your own research. Don't try to break, overload or scrape them, get around their security, or use them to break the law or anyone's rights.
  • Don't pass off Shikhar Signals' analysis as your own paid advice, or charge others for it. Shikhar Signals never asks for payment for its signals: anyone who does is not us.

Ads and other sites

  • Pages show Google AdSense ads, which keep the service free. Ads and links to other sites (brokers' TMS, news publishers, social media) are run by those parties; their terms apply there.

Liability

  • To the extent the law allows, Shikhar Signals is not liable for any loss or damage from using, or being unable to use, the site, the app or their data, including trading losses.

Changes and contact

  • We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Using the service after a change means you accept it.
